The Operations Coordination Department will coordinate with all branches and the principals for transferring the items between branches and issue the invoices required for these transfers after which the warehouses have scheduled trips to all regions for these transfers. The main warehouse of SITCO is in the capital, Riyadh.

The Operations Department and in Coordination with the IT Department will send the sales and stock reports to all the principals on weekly and monthly basis.
